How to get in to shape for only 2 minutes per day? Is it really possible?
Well, yes it is!
Having a newborn baby is already a challenge. It takes a lot of time to be a new mom. You barely have time to sleep, not to mention time for going in for sports.
And actually, there is not much you are allowed to do after labour.
But there is something you can do. It’s called plank!
For only 2 minutes twice a day.
Now you know my secret. This is how I got my belly back to normal. It worked for me, It’s going to work for you too!
Of course a healthy diet will come in very handy as well.
