Top 4 essential exercises for pregnant women

So, you’ve been working out before you got pregnant. And then, you just stopped. Because… well, who knows why? It’s a commonly supported myth, that pregnant women shouldn’t work out.

I must say, they got me too on that one. I used to spend at least 3 hours each day exercising. And I loved it. But I decided to be super cautious.

Regular exercise are actually quite good for you.

  • reduce risk of pre-eclampsia
