Postnatal belly eliminator workout

On MadMamaNYC Instagram I often got asked about my workout routine.

Thus, I decided to show you some of my favorite exercises.

First of all, I want to show you something.

Incredible right?

Not really. It’s all about taking care of your body, working out and be patient.

I mean, in my case 9 weeks – not too patient. Though, I’ve been working out as long as I remember myself. So it’s better to keep your muscles toned all the time.

Second of all, let’s see most common reasons, why postpartum belly looks like you’re still 6 months pregnant.

  • Muscles lost their tone (Obviously, they’ve stretched to a size of a huge watermelon)
  • Swollen and stretched uterus

These 2 reasons can be easily eliminated by an easy workout.

Please NOTE:

  • If you had natural delivery – you can start to workout 1 week postpartum.  Or ask you physician.
  • If you had C-section – 4 weeks postpartum. Or ask you physician.
