On MadMamaNYC Instagram I often got asked about my workout routine.

Thus, I decided to show you some of my favorite exercises.

First of all, I want to show you something.

Incredible right?

Not really. It’s all about taking care of your body, working out and be patient.

I mean, in my case 9 weeks – not too patient. Though, I’ve been working out as long as I remember buy seroquel online myself. So it’s better to keep your muscles toned all the time.

Second of all, let’s see most common reasons, why postpartum belly looks like you’re still 6 months pregnant.

  • Muscles lost their tone (Obviously, they’ve stretched to a size of a huge watermelon)
  • Swollen and stretched uterus

These 2 reasons can be easily eliminated by an easy workout.

Please NOTE:

  • If you had natural delivery – you can start to workout 1 week postpartum.  Or ask you physician.
  • If you had C-section – 4 weeks postpartum. Or ask you physician.
