Herbal tea bath as an insomnia remedy

Here it is, my latest discovery. 
For a few days Avi started waking up at night.
Without any visible reason. As always.

Of course it bothers me! I want my night sleep back!
I was on the phone with my mom, when I started to complain about our new regime.

And then she said:

“make him nice relaxing bath with lavender and chamomile tea“. (Here comes chamomile again!)

And I was like: WHAT? 
She said:

“that is what we used to do when you were little. You took a herbal bath till the age of 3.”

It’s not lost, that comes at last.

But let’s get back to the point.
So we tried.
Of course I had to go back to Russian pharmacy, to get some lavender.
But the main thing is that – it works! It really works!
Baby becomes more calm and relaxed. 

How to do a herbal tea bath.
You will need 
– medium pot
– 1 tbsp lavander
– 2 tbsp chamomile
– 1 pint of water

Combine all ingredients in the pot, bring it to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes.
Strain. Pour it in baby bath tube filled with water.
Spend at least 10 minutes in the bath.

Done!
