The smoothie challenge days 6 & 7

My hubby got tired of all this smoothie stuff and had fried eggs today. He said he needed a break.

And, well, I understand.

While I was baking Easter cakes, he wasn’t allowed to eat them. I must say, he was strong. He didn’t even tasted my easter cakes.

I switched to fruit smoothies. Cause raw broccoli was kind of too much for me. But I still have some recipes with kale… Don’t know how I’m going to survive that.

So. Day #6. Apple celery smoothie. Simplicity!

You will need:

– 1 green apple

– 1/2 bunch of celery

– 1/2 lemon

Peel apple and lemon. Chop apple, lemon and celery.

Put to the food processor and blend until smooth.

Enjoy! 

Now, the best smoothie I’ve ever tried. Day #7 smoothie. It is so yummy!

You will need:

– 1/4 pineapple

– 1/2 papaya

– 1 oz ginger

Peel papaya, pineapple and ginger. Blend in the food processor until smooth.

Idea: If you freeze papaya before blending, you’ll have a very nice refreshing shake 🙂

Now, my results.

Nothing changed, actually. Except the fact, that my skin started to look much better.

And my digesting system is still running like a clockwork.
