You thought we gave up?

Ha! Nope!

It’s just a bit annoying to cook smoothie, drink smoothie and write about smoothie. And I bet it’s super annoying to read about smoothies every day. You see my point, right?

Thus, I’ll post an update with recipes every 2-3 days.

5 days past since we started the raw smoothie challenge.

Today our results are more obvious and noticeable.

– My hubby lost his temper 4 pounds.

– I lost 4. At least I’m consistent)

– Overall condition improved dramatically. My migraine is gone. And I hope it’s gone for good.

– Not to mention digestive system improvements. No heaviness, no discomfort of any kind. I’ve never felt so light before.

Yesterday we had a beetroot-carrot smoothie with honey.

The smoothie challenge days 4 & 5

Ingredients:

– 1 beetroot

– 1 carrot

– 2 tb. spoon of honey

Peel the veggies, chop them. Blend (you might need to add 1/2 of water). Add honey directly before serving.

Today’s smoothie was almost the same.

Beetroot-carrot-grapefruit.

Ingredients:

– 1 beetroot

– 1 carrot

– 1 grapefruit

Peel veggies and grapefruit. Chop. Blend until smooth.

Enjoy. This one is really tasty. Or it’s just been a while since I’ve tried something really tasty!!
