Don’t have any significant results yet. But my hubby is about to start a meat revolution. He seems to be fed up with tired of raw vegetables. So I’m trying to give him a break. Today he is having boiled eggs for second breakfast. His first was broccoli-carrot smoothie.

Look at this totally unhappy, but healthier man!)

So. Broccoli-carrot smoothie.

You will need:
– 1 broccoli curd
– 1 apple
– 1 carrot
– 1/2 cup of water or fresh squeezed apple juice
– 1 tb. spoon of honey (optional)

Peel apple and carrot. Treat broccoli with boiling water.

Cut all ingredients.

Add honey right before serving.

I love this smoothie challenge not only because it’s healthy, but because it’s easy! It’s the laziest cooking I could ever imagine)
Hope my hubby will get used to it.

Or at least will continue to tolerate my devotion to healthy food. Well, he managed to embrace my gluten free lifestyle. He loves bread and pastry of any kind. Though, it appeared that he is totally gluten intolerant. So I started baking gluten free bread for him. Every day. Yep, I’m the best wife in the whole world.

P.S. I’ve already lost 4 pounds) And my husband 3 pounds. Stay tuned!
