Super healthy raspberry mint smoothie.
It’s been a while since I posted my last smoothie recipe.
It doesn’t mean that I gave up on the smoothie challenge. Though It’s more than a month already. I’m still having a smoothie every morning.
Of course after that I have an awesome cup of freshly brewed nosey coffee… with piece of dark chocolate…
Since summer is already fully ON, local food markets are on as well. A huge variety of farm to table veggies and fruits are available. And my raw smoothies dramatically improved. Thanks God!
Today’s recipe is yummy and healthy. As always. + ginger and lime are reconsidered to help boosting your metabolic activity. Raspberry is fully packed with vitamin C. And kale is a superfood oversupplied with good stuff.

Raspberry mint smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings:
– 1 cup chopped kale (only leaves)
– 1/2 peeled lime
– 1 banana
– 4 stalks of chopped celery hearts
– 1/4 cup chopped mint
– 1 kiwi
– 1/2 green apple
– 1/4 cup raspberries for decoration
– 1 oz peeled ginger
Blend all ingredients except raspberry until smooth. Pour in cups and tart up with raspberry.
