Lazy cooking. Pao de quese.






This recipe is a result of my usual search for Gluten Free bread. Pao de quese comes from Brazil.

It’s light, it’s airy and it’s absolutely delicious!

And yes, it’s super quick!

All you need is:

– 1 egg

– 1/3 cup olive oil

– 2/3 cup milk

– 1 1/2 tapioca flour

– 1/2 grated cheese (mozzarella, parmesan or whatever you have)

Step #1. Mix all the ingredients in your blander.

Step #2. Grease a mini muffin baking dish. Fill it with batter.

Step #3. Bake for 10-15 min at 400F.
