I can’t get enough of these truffles.
And keep in mind: avocado is loaded with 20 different vitamins and minerals. Not to mention
monounsaturated good fat. So munch on!
– 1 ripe avocado
– 10 oz dark chocolate
– 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
– 2 dates (optional)
1. Melt chocolate on a hot-water bath. Set aside.
2. Blend dates and avocado, add chocolate. Process until smooth.
3. Refrigerate for an hour.
4. Form little balls and dust them with cocoa powder.
