Incredible fat-burner smoothie

It’s not that I need to burn fat. But it just happened, that I found this recipe.

And I happen to have somebody to test this incredible smoothie.

So we tested it for a week. Every morning my precious hubby had the same breakfast. Quite a stress for him. He is already used to new recipe every day.

So, I found the base of this recipe in instagram. It includes pineapple and ginger. Which is quite reasonable. Both of this ingredients are tend to increase metabolism. Pineapple contains bromelain, that is considered to help digesting processes.

But both of ingredients can aggressive to stomach. That’s why I added banana. Bananas have creamy smothering structure, that prevents active acids from pineapple to harm your stomach. Considering, the fact that, there is hydrochloric acid produced in your stomach, pineapple hardly can harm you.

Next ingredient I added is kiwi. Kiwi contains actinidain, an enzyme that can help digest a meal much like the papain in papaya or bromelain in pineapple.

One more ingredient is kale. Kale is one of the most  popular and affordable super foods. It’s literally packed with vitamins and minerals.

 

Ingredients:

 

– 2 oz ginger

– 8 oz pineaple

– 2 kiwi

– 1 banana

– 1 cup kale

 

Peel ginger, pineapple, kiwi and banana. Blend until smooth.

Color is in trend this season 😉
