Hold on, mayo lovers, it appeared, there is a healthy vegan hope for you out there!
I’m desperately in love with mayonnaise. But sometimes it’s just too much!
So I’ve tried a lot of recipes I found in the web and taken the best. Then modified it, made it as fast as I could and here it is.
+ Definitely cheaper than buying veganaise in your local store.
Incredible 5 minutes vegan mayonnaise recipe!
– 1/2 cup almond milk (coconut will do as well)
– 1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
– 1/4 teaspoon honey (agave or maple syrup will work too)
– 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
– 1/2 teaspoon mustard
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup of olive oil (you can make a blend with coconut oil)
Mix all ingredients except oil in blender. Add oil slowly. Mix until it gets thicker.
