Morning Pina Colada smoothie recipe:

Ingredients (makes 2 servings):

  • 12 oz of peeled pineapple
  • 1 can of coconut milk (preferably organic)
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 oz peeled ginger
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseeds
  • 2 tablespoons ginseng tincture well, it’s a cocktail, you need an alcohol 😉
  • 2 tablespoons of shelled hemp seeds
  • a pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Mix all ingredients in your blender until smooth and a bit creamy.
