We love healthy sweets.

But usually healthy means not very tasty. Well, that doesn’t have to be true. And we are going to prove it.
This a super quick and easy recipe.

You will need:

– 1 cup milk (or coconut milk for lactose free option)
– 1 banana
– 1/4 cup chia seeds
– 3 tablespoons cacao


Put all ingredients into blender and mix until xanax online dr smooth, creamy and foamy.

Put in glass containers. Let sit for 2 hours in the fridge.


Chia seeds are extremely good for your health. High in fiber, antioxidants, Omega 3 fatty acids and low in calories. It’s one of my favorite superfood. It’s really worth being called superfood.
