This peach pie will please even the very picky gourmet. And as you know that I’m a lazy cooking fan, it’s super easy.
The trick is to get good juicy peaches!
2 large eggs
1/2 cup of butter
1 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup tapioca starch
1 pack of cream cheese
1 teaspoon of natural vanilla extract
Separate whites from yolks. Beat whites with half of sugar. Meantime blend vanilla, egg yolks, butter, sugar, buy xanax brisbane rice flour and tapioca until it forms smooth batter. Add cream cheese to whites and sugar mixture. Beat slightly. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place the batter in the baking dish, cover the bottom and make little walls. Place in the oven for 5 min. Cut peaches finely. Pour whites mixture into baking dish and cover it with peaches.
