Easy vegetarian lasagna recipe

Lasagna always seems to be a very complicated dish. All those layers, sauces and stuff. Like it will take you hours!

Well, let your hubby think so 😉

But in deed it takes like 15 minutes. It will be our little secret.

This this video has a short and simple instruction. Following these easy steps – you simply can’t go wrong. 🙂

Ingredients:

– 5 fresh lasagna sheets
– 1 lb mushrooms
– Tomato sauce (Barilla will do the job)
– 12 slices of provolone cheese

For bechamel sauce:
– 6 oz salted butter
– 2 tablespoons flour
– 2 cups milk

This is a basic recipe. You can add some zucchini, eggplant, green beans. Or just a few type of cheese. For more profound and gourmet taste.

 

 

Or even some spinach and fresh basil!
