Healthy, tasty and quick. This breakfast solution is ideal for gluten free, lactose free and vegan breakfasts. Have you ever dreamt of having sweets for breakfast? I do all the time! But I’d feel guilty even after a tiny toast with grape jelly. But this chia blueberry cream for breakfast is sin free!

1 cup nut milk
1 cup blueberries
2 tablespoons chia
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup or any other sweetener of your choice
You will also need a good blender and air tight glass containers. I use mason jars.
Blend all ingredients until homogeneous mixture. Pour in jars, close tightly and let sit in the fridge for 40 min.
I usually do it in the evening, so it stays in the fridge overnight. Makes a perfect breakfast. Especially with homemade gluten free fresh baked bread.
Tip: Makes a delicious popsicle ice-cream too! Try it!
This delicious dessert can also be used as cream in raw cakes. Blueberries can be substituted with raspberries or even acai berries (to make it even healthier).
