Ingredients:

4 Brussels sprouts

4 large mushrooms

2 tablespoons soy sauce

a little bit of garlic powder

cast iron skillet

grape seed oil cooking spray

Directions:

Preheat the cast iron skillet. Cut mushrooms and Brussels sprouts into 4 pieces. Spray a little bit of oil on the skillet. Fry on high heat for 2.5 minutes. Turn over and fry for more 2.5 minutes.

Top with soy sauce and garlic powder.

Enjoy!
