I’m still on the smoothie diet you know. So today I’m going to share a few new recipes with you!
This one gives you a pack of energy! Better than coffee. It’s very good to have it after gym.
– 1 beet-root
– 1 papaya
– 1 apple
– 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
Directions. Peel fruits and beet-root, mix on the blender. Add yogurt before serving. Enjoy.
I love this one! It tastes so good, that you actually may think it’s a cocktail, not a smoothie.
So, you will need:
– 8 oz pineapple
– 3 oz celery hearts
– 1/4 cup coconut milk
Peel pineapple, chop celery and pineapple. Put all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth. Done!
Note: make sure that pineapple is sweet enough.
This is love! Creme and tart. Tastes like heaven!
– 1 cup plain yogurt (or vanilla, just make sure it’s unsweetened)
– 1/2 banana (you can freeze it to get more thick smoothie)
– 1/2 cup chopped kale
– 1 lime
– 2 pitted dates
Just mix everything in the blender until smooth. Done!
