Easy morning yogurt parfait
All you need:
- vanilla yogurt
- chopped fruits or berries of your choice
- chopped nuts
You can also add honey, cacao, chia seeds, jam, caramel sauce… Absolutely anything! Well, I’d stay away from broccoli, though. 😉
- olive oil
- aluminium foil
Feel free to add different types of cheese as well as mushrooms or even some bacon (if you are a carnivore).
Cottage cheese balls also known as Lazy pierogi
This is one of my favorite recipes! As simple as it looks it can be a real treat. Top it with berries, honey and heavy cream (or sour cream) and enjoy!
- cottage cheese
- flour (gluten free will work as well)
- butter (coconut butter works perfect too)
- sugar (or maple sugar)
